[SP6 Engineer] did an excellent job at finding out where a lot of our data was coming in from and helped us find where we need to cut out some of the data that we are ingesting. They also cleaned up our indexes and helped us with moving forward on a plan to better use them... He definitely helped us get a better understanding of our environment and what we should be doing moving forward, and what still needs work.
